healthy diet

i was a very picky eater. even now i still wont eat things that i know are good for me. so now i am a picky eater. just can't help to think mushrooms are just fungi that imitate meat. but i've adjusted to that and will allow white mushrooms from time to time.

anyways, over the years i learned to eat onions (though only cooked, i won't eat it raw for the sake of bad breath), garlic, leeks, green onions, bell pepper, pepper, broccoli, and more greens.
but just can't quite like the taste and the smell of celery still. i've read about how amazing this is for me and decided to chop it to micro scale (or small enough that i cannot taste it) and include in anything i cook. hopefully, despite the fact that they are so tiny, i will get some benefits from the almighty celery.

maybe it will grow on me, i dunno.... i try to eat as healthy as possible and it's been tough, especially when i am on restricted diet of NOT eating things made with wheat flour... pretty much everything i love... bread... croissants... noodles... pasta..... very depressing. finding alternatives haven't been too easy. i find i have to make most of the stuff myself. sigh...

it's funny how your body changes as you grow. i'd be able to drink as many cups of coffee a day and will be totally fine the next day, but now, even latte will give me a stomach ache. switching over to tea wasn't as bad, but no bread just ruins everything. :,(  hopefully my results will be a happy one where i can freely eat some bread in the future. fingers crossed!
